Truly the best decision I have made. The entire vibe and energy in this place is amazing. I'm a very shy person but going in, every single staff member made me feel comfortable. They showed me the techniques. Never frustrated from having to repeat themselves. I have done the traditional gym before and have never seen results like this. The place is always clean and everyone is always happy.
