These days you expect a business to not only have a great product but also to provide a great service. I love linen might have good products (I can’t tell anything about their quality as I am waiting for my parcel to arrive and it’s been forever) but provide minimal to zero customer service. Too lazy to investigate the delayed status with Australia Post and ask their customers to do so instead. I understand that you are small family business - that just means you have to try harder in serving your customers. 1 star for a terrible service and won’t be back even though the products are great.
