I bought a set of Q sheets and really like them! But they were marked 20% off, then just a few days later, there was a 40% off sale. I inquired about getting a "price adjustment" -- common in my experience from good retailers -- and they dithered. I asked again, and they said they'd do it, and would pass my request and description of good cust. svc, including price adjustments, on to the management. Hopefully they have done so and will implement a specific price adj. policy that anyone can seek if they meet the criteria. Responsive, yes, but not without more prodding by me.
