Ordered concrete for a job in bishop stortford and was not informed of any waiting charges at the time of the order , card was charged with additional fees for waiting time after the job was complete . Was disappointed as the point of contact for the site was not notified either .when I called the office to challenge the charge the lady on the phone was quite rude and hung up the phone at the end .
