I loved the "view in room" feature. I was able to see what the rug would look like in my personal room and when it arrived I was not disappointed. The rug I choose looked exactly as I expected. I was notified when my order was confirmed, when it was shipped and was able to track the shipment. It arrived very quickly and I am happy with the end results. No unpleasant surprises. Even the dog loves the new rug.
