I love Incredible Rugs. The first time I ordered from them was a year ago. I received the rug and it was the wrong one. I called customer service and they took care of the return immediately. I was moving to a different state and they arranged for a trucking company to pick up at my new home. They then contacted me to tell me the rug I ordered couldn’t be found at the mfg’s warehouse but they were still looking because their system stated they did have one. Unfortunately I was contacted and told they could not fulfill my order because they simply didn’t have the rug. I was very disappointed, I saw this rug at a retail store and loved it. They found one in a larger size and gave me a very good price, I bought it, they took care of the exchange (the first wrong one), and I received the rug promptly, and love it. I moved again and ordered a couple of small rugs which I love so much that I just placed an order for two of them in a room size. Their prices are the best and customer service is great. This is the only place I go to when I need to buy rugs
