Despite not being a tech savy kinda guy, I found the ISN app easy to learn, easy to navigate through and the support is there when you need it. 2021/12/01 Once again another positive experience dealing with ISN support. I started doing commercial inspections and noticed automatically generated emails were not going out after the order was scheduled. ISN was informed and reminded me of the need to go to email events and indicate that certain emails that always went out with residential inspections need to be checked to indicate these emails should apply to commercial inspections as well.
