Very pleased with my experience, on this occasion. Good price for items paid - UV strip and uvb/heat bulb for my tortoise table. Dispatched quickly. One box got squashed abut but due to the packing manner the bulb inside was absolutely fine. Never tried the own brand uvb bulb but my tort seems very happy basking under it.
