I run a small business and send out maybe 400 packages per year through Interparcel. I also have an account direct with TNT but sometimes use TNT booked via Interparcel instead, if the destination or item makes that cheaper. When I book direct with TNT the truck turns up the same day if I book before 2pm. When I book with TNT via Interparcel even before the earlier cutoff time, TNT hardly ever appears on the day. Usually they are a day late with collection but ten days ago I had a package that took 6 days after the Interparcel before it was collected. This has happened at least a dozen times over the past year or so, and each time I complain to Interparcel, telling them there is a SYSTEMIC failure in the way that info is passed to TNT. I always get an apology but feel that nothing is happening to cure the root problem. Apart from the TNT problem, I cannot fault Interparcels service or their customer support in any way.
