I originally ordered a gauge cluster to just swap out my original, but there was a small issue with the cluster I received. I contacted Customer Service and I eventually spoke with Customer Service Supervisor, Sara McPhee. Sara could not have been more helpful or easy to work with to resolve my issue. Sara made the whole experience fantastic, and we decided to just rebuild my old cluster. My repaired cluster looks and functions as expected, and I upgraded to LED lights and new gauge needles. I am very pleased with the quality of the repairs and upgrades, but the level of customer service I experienced was the best part of the transaction.
