Good Morning. first I start this email saying that I feel extremely disappointed to be making this contact so soon after my last purchase with you. I've been a customer for a while and my experience so far has been excellent, but unfortunately I can't say the same at this time. my order number is: IT17997 and I made this purchase on 11/25/2022. I bought four pieces of luggage and I'm in the middle of my trip (which hasn't ended yet) and one of the bags already has serious damage, which tells me how unacceptable the quality of the bags is. The material is so thin near the wheels. I am a customer who cares about the durability of my products, not only for care reasons, but because I try to consume only what I need (vegan) - so I tend to keep my goods for a while. The luggage I'm referring to even has a protective cover - which demonstrates that I do what I can do to keep it safe. It is weighs 22.5kg and when transporting her from the airport to the car the damage happened. Attached are the photos and I hope that, on my return to the UK, you can have this incident resolved - at the moment, I feel aggrieved enough that in the middle of a trip I have to buy another piece of luggage to carry on with the journey.
