Received the wrong item , requested return to be organised , the collecting company indicated I was not at home (needless to say , I stayed at home the whole day for this ) with completely wrong house photo as proof. Took 3 more days to be able to organise another collection . And now 5 days after, I am still waiting for my refund . Sorry, not much of a satisfactory service !!!
