Kelly's Hair Oxford is a busy buzzy salon in the heart of St Clements Oxford. My typical experience is: a thoughtful consultation about what I want done, a very thorough wash and head massage, and an excellent cut and blow dry. If you want something different they will take you there. If you simply want a 'wash, cut dry, repeat' that is done consistently well. This is my hair after the first home wash and style three days after a cut by Kelly. I love it.
