I am a beginner at this but the product seems very difficulty to use. There is no instruction on what we should be looking for and if our numbers are low what we should be doing to correct them. Give me specifics, step by step for the beginners to allow improvement of their ketones. It is very frustrating and I have stopped using it now. Wish I had never spent the money on it.
