Bike was purchased on pre order and received regular updates regarding delivery. On opening the box my son was instantly delighted at the colour of the bike and how bright it was. I received technical support correspondence promptly when I emailed asking how to adjust the brakes to make them easier to squeeze for my child. Also, the transition from my son going from balance bike mode to pedal mode was very rapid and painless!
