I bought the Rookie 18 for my 5-year-old. It arrived quickly, and was easy to set up. My son was really lacking in confidence on his previous bike but being able to convert a larger balance bike into a pedal bike really got him used to the bike, so as soon as we put the pedals on (again, a very straight forward process) he was pedalling away very quickly. I will invest in a smaller bike for my younger son too based on our experience. Customer service was excellent too.
