Excellent customer service - we weren’t sure what type / size bike would work best for our 5 year old who isn’t bike confident but most balance bikes were too small for her but needed something that wouldn’t be redundant within a few weeks / months. Karen provided very quick and excellent guidance and we settled on the Rookie 14 which arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Bike is lovely looking and well made and feels like it will last the test of time. A great experience, thank you Kidvelo
