Hi, I used Kiwitaxi Service two times. The first was in Spain (my first trip to another country alone), the second was Dubai (came there with my family). To be honest, I did not expect anything from it. But it was amazing! Both times the driver contacted me via Whatsapp and met right when I received the luggage! In Spain, the driver helped me find the main entrance to my hotel (I was kinda lost there). In Dubai we firstly met a person with our nameplate. He was in a white short and talked with us very politely. The driver was asking whether the car is comfortable for us or shall they turn on air-conditioner. I recommend the service to people who travel alone or with the family. They always help and provide different-size cars.
