Good price so I was pleasantly surprised when my library ladder arrived and it is very sturdy and very well made. What was really good though was just how helpful the customer service team were in firstly delaying delivery at my request and then chasing up when delivery slipped slightly due to the awful weather. Very prompt reply and always helpful and friendly, good old fashioned customer service that is rarely experienced these days, well done Ladderstore team
