They have the worst customer experience ever. First time I have ordered something online and not been able to return. The dress I ordered for my child is too big, I emailed them to return it and they won't accept it. They suggested I take it to a tailor to fix. If I do this it will take away from the design of the dress. They would rather someone else mess with their work than work with you and provide a product that a consumer can be happy with. No where does it state that all sales are final. Horrible business.
