Charlotte was friendly, kind and easy to have a conversation with. Whenever i made a mistake she would explain why it was wrong in a way that i would understand she was firm when explaining but never harsh.
She helped me build my confidence every lesson and I am truly grateful for her.
I highly recommend her too anyone who is trying to find an instructor.
