First class, value for money service with wonderful instructor Paula Wilson, who was kind, thoughtful, intuitive to student needs and ability, was honest about progress and provided valid feedback at all times. Lessons were affordable, test process was explained fully and supported very actively, which was very reassuring. When test was passed the balance of lessons not needed after was refunded promptly and in full. Paula provided a prompt, relaxed and enjoyable lesson structure with good humour and professionalism, in a lovely and well maintained car. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her, Thank you, Paula! (Dropped 2 minor points in test giving a 98% pass. Very pleased.)
