I travelled to Liverpool Airport very early arriving at 5.30am. However, I drove into the wrong car park. I had booked meet & greet. When I realised my mistake, I went to the barrier, pushed the button and spoke to a gentleman who was really really helpful. He let me out of the car park and gave me directions to the meet and greet. The only very slight critisim is that there were no directions on my booking form how to get to the meet and greet and it is not very well signposted on the main carriageway. I think a bigger sign is needed. However, once at the meet and greet the gentleman who gave me instructions came out to meet me and was really very friendly and helpful.
