I also lost my collection ticket and phoned up and was given an email to write to. I got a very quick and helpful response saying they would have a replacement ready for me when I returned. This is exactly what happened and gota very helpful chap who gave me my ticket and also went out find my car. Really helpful friendly service which avoided me panickinfg how to get my car back.
