When we arrived the barrier didn’t recognise my reg plate and go up automatically. I pressed the button for a ticket and went in and parked. When I left, it said I owed £85. I pressed the buzzer to talk to someone and they said I had parked in the wrong car park. I had the email up which told me I was staying in long stay car park and they put the barrier up and I left. Never usually have any issues and it is great. It was all sorted though and has not put me off booking again.
