We have ordered from Love Logs for a about a year and the Hobbit logs are perfect for our small burner. Deliveries come on time and are packaged amazingly!
We had a problem on the width of the logs in the last delivery (delivered on a Saturday). We emailed Love Logs and received a reply on a Sunday (which was very unexpected but much appreciated). Immediately Love Logs arranged for new boxes to be sent and the other boxes to be collected to see what had gone wrong - seriously could not ask for more than that. Exemplary customer service.
