Bad experience. Non existent customer service and dreadful flowers. Would give 0 stars if possible
Non existent customer service. Phone continuously engaged, no response to emails. Flowers arrived two days later than requested without any courtesy contact to let me know took a week in total to be delivered. Arrived half dead and mostly wilted, completely different flowers to the ones I ordered and expected..please process a full refund as you have not provided the product and service you advertise!
