Had to cancel a flight due to unforseen circumstances. As per their policy, this was ok and only incurred admin costs. It's now been 4 months. They have told us we only get the extra baggage of £41 and have lost over £350. We tried mastercard as well as contacting them for months, but no luck. Thieves.
