For years I have struggled with emotional and binge eating. When I hit 50 years old I was also diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, hypothyroidism, and perimenopause. I spent almost 2 years feeling completely hopeless about my weight and health until I found Macros Inc. It took me a while to take the plunge to obtain a coach but this was life-changing to me. My coach is Brittany Suplicki and she was been able to work with me with a combination of understanding and accountability that I so needed. I have lost weight but more importantly my entire relationship with food and my body has changed over the past 5 months. I really appreciated the weekly check-ins and the written and video responses from Brittany. I honestly cannot recommend Macros Inc enough!
