I have been a customer of Manuka for 10 years but will no longer be using them. I have been into Manuka three times since lock down to find none of the staff wearing masks and also not questioning any other customers walking in without masks. I have questioned staff on all 3 visits about their non compliance and each time I get the same robotic answer 'I am exempt on medical grounds'. What really irks me with these repeated identical responses is that I feel they are being dishonest to a loyal customer and they are prepared to put their customers at risk. Shame on you Manuka!
