Marie Sharp's is far and away my favorite hot sauce company. No other can match the quality of the product, the passion for the peppers, or their extensive history in the business. I fell in love with those bottles of goodness while studying in Belize, and I have been importing them ever since. A drop or two of Marie Sharp's adds a perfect layer of citrusy heat to just about any savory food. And the use of carrots in the base flavor and color is truly innovative.
