I purchased two unmatched boxes of four bottles, from the hottest (a single drop set my mouth on fire) to the most mild (which was, yes, very mild). Overall, the flavors are distinct and pepper-centered. Marie Sharp's was recommended by a good friend who, while in Belize, noticed that her sauses were on every dining table, in homes and restaurants. I have been delighted with all I've tried, though because I value my tongue, I'll be taking it very slowly with the hottest of the sauses. I've already started recommending products to my friends.
