Product good, and customer services answering the phone at 5.30 pm on a Friday night is really excellent. However courier experience spoils the whole experience. Products were ordered on a Wednesday evening for a Friday delivery which met the timeline for the Shearers who were lined up for an 8 am start on Saturday. No courier delivery on Friday despite confirmation that product would be delivered between 5.30-6.30 pm. Purchased equally good product from Lister at local agricultural supplier first thing Saturday, and by the time the products were delivered on the Saturday we had finished shearing and the team gone home.
