I had a problem with my clippers after six months, and when I got in touch the customer service was excellent. The responses to emails were efficient and polite, they had good advice and the instructions for what to do next were simple and easy to follow. The clippers were fixed and returned under warranty without any hassle. The only reason for a star less is that you have to pay for having your clippers mailed back to you, for almost £10, which seems a little unfair when you're getting something fixed under warranty and it isn't a fault of your own that it needs sending in for repair. But overall I think the company is very good.
