Sent clippers back as stopped working. Asked them to communicate expenses with me before doing work. They unfortunately didn’t and just cracked on with the work. The cost came to not far off the same amount as a brand new pair. Disappointed in the lack of communication. After raising this issue with an engineer (Jed I think his name was) he sorted the problem and couldn’t be more apologetic, especially as the clippers were barely used and only 2 years old. I’d give them 2 starts for lack of communication, however Jed was brilliant so 4stars.
