Sent my phone in as a trade in as they offered the best price on the market. The phone was in perfect condition as it had been in a case with a screen protector on all its life.
Received an email after they had received it stating there was a problem with the phone and it was damaged. They then offered me a stupidly low price for the phone.
Safe to say I rejected the offer and asked my phone back.
Interested to see not only myself who has experienced this.
I won't be using this company again, nor recommending them.
