Was given a quote for my phone (which was in excellent condition) but when mazuma received it, suddenly the quote went from £25 to £5. I declined, they upped it to an offer of £10 and a travel bag (even though it is illegal to travel due to covid!).
I declined their rubbish offer and sold it on ebay for £35.
The offers are clearly a ruse to get you to send your mobile in, they clearly have no intention of honouring their offers.
Avoid!!
