I am disgusted and will never use or recommend mazuma to anyone.
I sent in a perfect condition iPad, they said it was bent. The iPad was only ever used in the house in a cover. It was never bent when this was sent in, I also packed it in cardboard and bubble wrap so I know it wouldn’t have got damaged in transport. It would have taken some force to bend the iPad the way it came back to me.
They offered me £30 which they increased to£40 with a £50 accessory package.
I will never use them again
