Same experience as everyone else. Sent an iphone 11 that had always been kept in a case with a screen protector and was in perfect condition. Phone was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap for postage They miraculously found more than 5 scratches and offered me considerably less than original offer. Phone call was a waste of time since they just said their procedures couldn't be faulted.
Waiting for phone to be returned but if there are any scratches then I know how the got there.
Don't touch this company with a barge pole.
