Product great- would have again, however my most recent delivery wasn’t the smoothest. The driver firstly did not knock the door. I purposely waited in for the order. The order was left on the drive way (luckily was sunny) which could have been stolen. I purposely asked in the notes to be called ahead of time (30mins) so I could arrange smooth transition. I am heavily pregnant and cannot lift the material. The only advice the company could offer was to “ask a neighbour to help” or “undo the package and carry one at a time”. Considering I paid £45 for delivery I didn’t think this was dealt with kindness or professionalism. I don’t rate their aftercare and was cut off after trying to call them- I managed to speak with the same operator who said he’d been called into a meeting. There is room for improvement in customer satisfaction. I would only be likely to purchase again due to wanting to match styles.
