Family photos have been important to me since a child. My family lived with my immigrant Grandparents when young and it was an integral part of my Grandmom's new life to take and send photos back to her family in Italy reflecting how her family was growing and thriving in their new adoped home. As children my sibling and I would sit for hours looking through them. When I retired I had an opportunity to look through the photos my Mom had from her family and found there was a whole new story to learn about - one I would never have contemplated. That story was as old as America itself. One of the pictures you restored was from a "tin" (my Great-Grandmother) it was very dark. Another picture was of my Mom as a child which I had attempted to have restored years ago (it was stained all over her face and dress) with poor results. Memory Cherish brought all three of my pictures to life as I never would have imagined. The vibrancy of the faces are so real - I feel I can reach out and touch their warmth. And the blue eyes of my Mom, that she inherited from her Dad and Grandmom are PERFECT! I can't thank you enough and look forward to sending you more challenges.
