I placed and paid for an order for 4 items with Miniature Market on March 20th, 2023. I got a notification that they had shipped 9 days later on the 29th. I received the package on the 31st. It was filled with the wrong items, none of which I ordered. I wrote to MM on April 1st and told them what happened and that I wanted to correct the error. No response, not even an automated reply. I wrote again on April 4th. Same thing. Not a word. I wrote to them one more time after that and still I have not heard a word from them regarding the issue. It is now April 12th and today I received an email from MM. It was not, however, related to the issue at hand. Instead, it was an email wanting me to provide feedback on the items that I ordered (which I never received!). So here's my feedback. I've already purchased the items I didn't receive from another company and they just arrived today! At this point, I am done with Miniature Market.
