I don't know how to start this but I felt very underwhelmed with my first and most likely final purchase from your site(Btw I was recommended to you guys from the forums and how good you're orders arrive on time). I pre-ordered the new Marvel Champions character, with $10 priority shipping and an additional $5 for higher customer priority when shipping happens. I did this in August, the product comes out officially on Sept 16th. It is October and I was randomly remembered my order due to ads. So I immediately went to my emails and the website. My product never shipped and the store pages still said pre-order. I immediately checked all other sites and I can get said product in less than 2 days. Frustrated I contacted support. And magically the next day, I get a "Product is shipped" email. I'm sorry but Everytime this happens, I assume/know that someone read the email and immediately shipped Said product outta fear of being lazy or something. I didn't receive an email back from Support until after my product was delivered and the email was like " Sorry we're having delayed orders and it says here you're product was already shipped on October 4th". And it's like... Yeah no duh. And I had to reply again to get a refund on the customer priority thing. My product arrived almost half a month late with no responses or anything. No reminders, no Sorry for the delayed preorder or anything. And said product never shipped until I complained to support. This is a really bad first impression as a consumer and honestly I might never order from you guys again. I'm just gonna go and order directly from Asmodee next time.
