I ordered a miniature and when it sat in processing for 1.5 weeks, I decided to reach out to customer service. There I got no response from email, when I called it went straight to voice-mail. After 2 weeks, I reached out about canceling the order and then it went from processing to shipped so it felt like it took threats to get anything going. I've returned my order and I'm still waiting for customer service to reach out about my refunded. I had heard great things about MM in the past but my experience was not a great showing.
