Generally great but needs to seperate help contacts for serious issues (like payment accepted and money removed from customer's bank account but the order didn't register on MM's end thus necessitating immediate attention) from customers harassing customer service people asking if their order shipped yet and bogging down the enter response time for more serious issues.
