I very much enjoy their customer service Dept. 1. I can talk to a real person and not a bot or answering machine. They are friendly and knowledgeable with their computer systems and their stock and advertised sales. They are very excelled at answering my queries. 2. Their clearance sales are awesome! However, they could improve their browsing techniques by putting their items in an alphabetical order. It would be easier to find the games/merchandise we want, if we did not have to explore all the tabs. I think all the games stores and the manufacturer of Disney’s Lorcana dropped the ball on the first and second series. Allocating the product, as they did, to allow game stores price gouge for double retail prices is not good business and where I was prepared to preorder more product than was able to get (at normal retail prices) pretty much left a sour taste in my mouth. Also, I think each booster box should have had at least 1 Enchanted card. I’ve bought 48 booster packs from the first series and was lucky to get 1, but I bought 2 booster boxes of each of the 2nd and 3rd series and got none. I now find it cheaper to just by the singles on line. Excluding enchanters, there is not a whole lot of valuable cards. I bought at least a dozen Rares for a quarter a piece. 3. Their shipping is reasonable. I like their rewards policy too!
