Outside of high volume times, their turn around with orders is very quick. Unfortunately, most times I've bought an RPG book from them, it has come dinged in shipment. It's never bothered me enough to try to return, but it certainly makes me hesitant to order more expensive books from them.
The main downside to the site is that I can't use them to play games at. I still support my FLGS as much as possible, but sometimes it is very hard to pass on the incredible deals that pop up.
