Brilliant company . Customer service staff on the phone were professional and helpful,I spoke to Tristan who gave me advice and organised my order. I got a called to advise delivery date and they came within the slot they offered me . Tons of emails and texts to advise of delivery updates and a live tracking option . A young man delivered the scooter with care and explained everything about it . He asked if there was anything else we needed to ask before leaving to make sure we were ok with it . Couldn't find a better mobility scooter company than these guys. Thanks again 5**** to the whole team and a great deal aswell
