The communication and delivery was prompt. In fact earlier than expected. However, I did sign up for future communications which would have given me a 10% discount which wasn’t applied?
I’m more than happy with the quality of the bracelet I bought for my granddaughter’s christening and the special packaging it came with. She had a couple of pieces of jewellery but the bracelet was the one she wanted on,(she’s 2), which delighted us even more. I would say I am likely to use Molly Brown in the future. 😊
