I had an awful, stressful experience. My order disappeared and never showed up-- no explanation, just that it was handed off (DHL says they never received it) and then there was no trace of it after that.
I ordered a baptism bracelet for my goddaughter that was engraved. She and her parents were making a special trip from Europe, to be baptized in New York with family. So I wanted to get her something special. By the time I received a response about the status of my order, it was too late to order another one in time. So my goddaughter never received her baptism gift.
When asked if my replacement order could be shipped directly to their address in Europe, I was told I would have to check the shipping requirements and place another order. Why would I put myself through more stress? No thank you. So I just had the bracelet replaced and it's sitting here with me until the next time I see my goddaughter, for which I have no future date yet.
I guess MBL can't follow up with every order placed, but I can't help but feel like I was very much on my own trying to figure out what happened to my original order. This was a highly stressful and disappointing experience and I won't be ordering again from MBL.
